We will ensure the water in your pool is kept clean and that the chemical levels are correct.

Patio / Terrace cleaning

We can clean your patio or terrace if you feel it necessary after checking your property report.

Monthly electrical checks

We ensure all your electrics are in full working order and recommend any maintenance or repairs.

Checks for pests and vermin and recommend action

Regular checks can be carried out to ensure your property remains pest free. We can arrange extermination where necessary.
