Meet & Greet Service

We operate a guest meet and greet service with key handover on arrival and departure. We will also prepare the property for guest arrival, switching on electricity, air conditioning or heating etc.




Staff on site

We have management on site around the clock to provide 24/7 customer service as well as helpful, uniformed staff during office hours.




Cleaning of apartment on guest departure

Our cleaning team will ensure every apartment is left in perfect condition after guest departure, we will also ensure fresh linen and towels are in place for the following guests.




Financial Management

Invoicing for rental and transfers of rental income to your bank accounts are taken care of by our admin staff.




Monthly Owner Reports

A monthly report will be sent to you detailing any problems or recommendations regarding your property.
